Filter assembly needs to be replaced every 12 months. When you become a MyWaterClub Autoship Program customer, we’ll automatically ship your selected product(s) to you annually for easy, ongoing filter replacement. It takes less than 1 minute to disconnect the old filter assembly and replace it with a new one.

After 11 ½ months (2 weeks before auto-ship order take place) we will notify you regarding scheduled auto-ship order with replacement assembly. If you want to cancel, postpone, change the address in your delivery, just send us a message via Contact us form.

If we don’t receive any notes or modification from you within 2 weeks, our billing company charge your card and ship new replacement assembly to your address.
