KDF-55 can remove up to 99% of water-soluble lead, chromium, mercury, nickel, and other dissolved metals. KDF-55 is effective in controlling the buildup of bacteria, algae, fungi, and scale, making them ideal for use in GAC beds, ion exchange resins, carbon block filters, and inline carbon filters.

Purpose: Remove chlorine, chloramine, aluminum, cyanide, nitrates, cysts, VOCs, pesticides, lead, chromium, mercury, nickel, and other dissolved metals. Improve test & odor reduction. Antibacterial.

Comes with 2 QC Elbows (1/4″ thread).
